You should have one, the Skyline S9 is Acutools S - yours might be the same program, but you should have one even if it has a different name. Try opening the files on your computer in the program that comes with your embroidery machine. If they aren't the machine won't recognize them. Next to check to see that all the files are completely in the hoops that your machine recognizes.
Are your JEF files in that folder? If not find them on your computer and put them in that file folder. There should be another folder inside - probably named embf.
